ok the best decent is off helvelyin over nethermoast pike down to grizedail tarn then down birkside to the road thats the best decent how u get there is up to u allso check the litle route mea and adam did on ower blog

yeh not for a while though its fairly good , the decent town to the little tarn on the right then back down to the road is good

ye thats fine as it just dosnt have pro pedal and you dont ned propedal in a lapier sus system as it is so eficiant any way
